Just 4 Me Programs

These programs aim to increase body awareness and self-esteem, promote healthy relationships by providing practical tools participants will need to navigate difficult situations, conversations and decisions, promote safer sex practices, provide participants with a safe space to ask questions and build friendships and role model open, honest, nonjudgmental discussions about sexuality.

Just 4 Me programs cover a wide variety of topics, each group focuses on specific goals, activities and games that help teach sexual health topics in a fun and relaxed way. Topics covered include: puberty, anatomy, body positivity, boundaries, consent, menstruation, understanding masculinity, safer sex, birth control, pregnancy and many more! I loved that we could ask questions, make new friends and learn. I know that if I ever hit puberty, I will know what to do. I will definitely come back next time!
Participant, Age 11

I liked the fact that everybody was open about everything. We could learn about our bodies and talk about anything, but not be judged for it.
