Just4Me Programs

  • These programs are run in various schools, community centres and organizations throughout Waterloo Region. Sexual health education goes far beyond learning about safer sex.
  • Our programs aim to increase body awareness and self-esteem, promote healthy relationships by providing practical tools participants will need to navigate difficult situations, conversations and decisions,
  • We promote healthy choices and safer sex practices, providing participants with a safe space to ask questions and build friendships.
  • We incorporate fun games and activities to facilitate open, honest, nonjudgmental discussions about health, wellness, and sexuality.
  • Participants have an opportunity to ask anonymous questions and have a comfortable discussion with trusted adult facilitators.

I loved that we could ask questions, make new friends and learn. I know that if I ever hit puberty, I will know what to do. I will definitely come back next time!
Participant, Age 11

I liked the fact that everybody was open about everything. We could learn about our bodies and talk about anything, but not be judged for it.
Participant, Age 13
