Free Mom & Daughter Health Program – Taught in Arabic

Connect with your daughter in a fun environment with other moms and daughters!

Learn about:

• Talking to your daughter about puberty, how to take care of her health and practicing decision-making skills
• Helping your daughter think about starting work in Canada
• Supporting your daughter to choose healthy relationships in Canada
• How to make healthy food choices and maintain a healthy lifestyle overall
